Christy's Dance, Tumble, Cheer) is the competitive & recreational cheerleading & recreational tumbling groups from Mrs. PHA (formerly MCDTC and OAA) strives to promote a positive learning environment while teaching those skills necessary to achieve success in Junior & Senior High cheer, as well as, on the collegiate level. A day in the life of a gym owner looks a little different than most. ❤️🖤

It's equal parts planning and pivoting, coaching and encouraging, answering questions, solving problems, and somehow finding time to eat in between it all. From private lessons to team practices and classes packed with athletes working toward their goals, the days are long—but the impact makes it worth it.

It isn't always glamorous, but getting to be a small part of these athletes' journeys is a privilege we'll never take for granted. 💥

At PowerHouse, our focus has always been on safe skill progression and helping each athlete reach their individual needs and goals. Every athlete's journey looks different, which is why we believe in building strong fundamentals, developing skills the right way, and creating a plan that works for the athlete in front of us.
