Since my diagnosis with Celiac Disease back in April, I have undergone a significant transformation. Eliminating gluten from my diet has been a challenging journey filled with unexpected discoveries. Initially it was overwhelming due to the presence of gluten in what felt like everything. As time passed, I began to get comfortable with knowing ingredients and reading labels.
Itβs important to note that my progress represents the initial stages of healing, as it typically spans up to 12 months. Despite this, I have already noticed a surge in energy levels, a decrease in bloating, and an overall boost in my mood.
Itβs worth mentioning that my fitness routine has remained the same throughout this process. Consisting of 3-4 days of weight training and 1-2 days of cardio per week, the sole modification has been my dietary changes.
