We recently found out the Oxford school district is shutting Gouin baseball field down for renovations this summer. We are currently working on finding a new home field for the season but this weekends game (May 17th) against the udder Tuggers will be held at Field of dreams located in Harrison. We hope to see you there!

Powerful Pitching Performance From Emery Chickering Carries Paris Panthers Past Hippach Hounds

Emery Chickering struck out 11 batters as the starter led Paris Panthers past Hippach Hounds 20-0 on Sunday at Don Gouin Athletic Complex. Chickering allowed four hits and zero runs over five innings while walking two.

Jon Couture collected four hits in four at bats in the win. Couture singled in the second inning, singled in the third inning, singled in the third inning, and singled in the fifth inning.

Paris Panthers opened the scoring in the first after Brandon Campbell drew a walk, scoring one run.

Paris Panthers added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Couture singled to left field, Cullinen walked, Ethan Cutler walked, Trent Newton walked, and Campbell was struck by a pitch, each scoring one run.

Paris Panthers scored 12 runs on nine hits in the top of the third inning. Chase Gallagher singled, scoring three runs, Newton doubled, scoring two runs, Chickering singled, scoring two runs, Jacob Paar grounded out, scoring one run, J Pruett singled, scoring one run, Nickolas Von Husen doubled, scoring one run, and Gallagher singled, scoring two runs.

Paris Panthers collected 17 hits in the game. Newton and Chickering were a one-two punch in the lineup, as each drove in three runs for Paris Panthers. Gallagher, Von Husen, and Pruett each collected multiple hits for Paris Panthers.

Paris Panthers had patience at the plate, accumulating 10 walks for the game. Newton, Campbell, Von Husen, and Cullinen led the team with two bases on balls each. Couture, Newton, Campbell, Chickering, Von Husen, and Pruett each stole multiple bases for Paris Panthers. Paris Panthers ran wild on the base paths, collecting 23 stolen bases for the game. Paris Panthers were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Newton had the most chances in the field with 12.

Brandon Campbell Leads Paris Panthers Past Hippach Hounds

Brandon Campbell struck out 10 batters as the hurler led Paris Panthers past Hippach Hounds 13-0 in game one of a double header today. Campbell gave up zero hits and zero runs over five innings while walking one.

Paris Panthers got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Kaden Cutler singled down the left field line, Jacob Paar singled to center field, and Paris Panthers scored on a passed ball, each scoring one run.

Paris Panthers scored six runs on four hits in the bottom of the second inning. Steven Maloney singled, scoring two runs, Cullinen singled, scoring one run, Ethan Cutler drew a walk, scoring one run, and Trent Newton doubled, scoring two runs.

Paris Panthers added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Chase Gallagher singled to center field, Cullinen doubled to left field, and Hippach Hounds committed an error, each scoring one run.

Paris Panthers amassed 10 hits in the game. Cullinen led Paris Panthers with two hits in two at bats. Newton and Maloney each drove in two runs for Paris Panthers. Emery Chickering paced Paris Panthers with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, piling up 10 walks for the game. Jon Couture and Chickering each stole multiple bases for Paris Panthers. Paris Panthers stole seven bases in the game. Paris Panthers were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Cutler made the most plays with six.

Nick is heading into year 3 with the Paris Panthers. He is a constant staple at practice all year and is usually the one to initiate getting a group together. He’s played first base and outfield for the Panthers. “Big Red” is equipped with a new swing this year and ready to do some damage.
