Introducing our Head Coach for the 2026-27 season!

Mr. Zimmer has been the head coach of the Penn-Trafford HS Boys Bowling Team for 3 years. He has experienced coaching the following sports alongside bowling: Boys Soccer, MS Track & Field, and Chess.

Zim always ensures food is provided at every practice, and is our key moral supporter. We look forward to our best season yet under the direction of Coach Zim!

Remember when I said 2 of our bowlers are in Minnesota for the Junior Gold Championships?! Well after 4 days of competition, the scores are as follows:

Mikey
Day 1: 153, 173, 111, 161 = 598
Day 2: 134, 145, 177, 160 = 616
Day 3: 168, 87, 180, 206 = 641
Day 4: 172, 193, 147, 160 = 672
Total: 2527

Nik:
Day 1: 172, 168, 152, 222 = 714
Day 2: 154, 138, 151, 195 = 638
Day 3: 216, 191, 237, 224 = 868
Day 4: 167, 183, 188, 228= 766
Total: 2986

Well. This season has come to an end for our boys! They bowled their hearts out and kept their heads up the whole time!

For teams—the cut was 3043 pins.. we fell short by just 119 pins with a 2924! They ended up 47th in the national tournament! Could not be more proud!

For individuals today, they were taking the top 180 scores. The cut for this portion was 796 pins.

We parents could not be more proud of how these boys bowled this weekend! Until next year!
