The peak cycle has started.

The goal is to build momentum toward the platform.

Last week brought Jax:

✔ 3x1 Sn**ch PR
✔ 3×1 Clean & Jerk PR
✔ 1x1 Front Squat PR

This week brought him 6 more kg on Sn**ch, and 10 more kg on C&J.

All while preparing for the USA Weightlifting National Championships.

Progress is rarely one big moment.

It's the result of consistent work, smart programming, following the plan that was laid out, quality recovery, and trusting the process.

Nationals are getting closer.

Most athletes focus on acceleration.

Great athletes learn how to stop.

The ability to decelerate efficiently helps athletes:
✔ Change direction faster
✔ Improve body control
✔ Reduce injury risk
✔ Create separation from opponents
✔ Improve overall athletic performance

Speed isn't just how fast you can go.
It's how well you can control movement at high speeds.

Strong Today. Faster Tomorrow.

CONSISTENCY DRIVES RESULTS.

Athletic development requires balance between:
🏋️ Training Stress
😴 Recovery
📅 Consistency

The goal is not constant exhaustion.

The goal is consistent adaptation.

Consistency compounds.
One great workout changes very little.
Months and years of quality training change everything.

One of the biggest mistakes athletes make is believing that more is always better.

It's not.

Too little recovery can leave athletes fatigued, burned out, and more susceptible to injury.

BUT TOO MUCH TIME BETWEEN TRAINING SESSIONS CAN BE JUST AS DAMAGING.

Strength decreases. Conditioning declines. Movement quality regresses. Progress slows.

The athletes who improve the most are usually not the most talented.

They are the ones who consistently:
✔ Show up
✔ Recover properly
✔ Follow the plan
✔ Stack quality sessions over time

The goal isn't perfection.
The goal is rhythm, consistency, and long-term progress.

Strong Today. Faster Tomorrow.

Athlete Speed & Agility Training

Speed isn't just about running fast.

Athletes must learn to:

✔ Accelerate
✔ Decelerate
✔ Change Direction
✔ Produce Force
✔ Absorb Force

The Short "U" Drill and Single Leg Hurdle Hop Shuttle help develop the movement skills athletes need for success in nearly every sport.

Strong Today. Faster Tomorrow.
