Searching for some fun on this snowy St. Patty's Day? It's time for March Madness, and we've got some friendly competition around the gym!

If you're interested fill out and turn in your bracket along with your $5 entry by Thursday the 19th. We've got brackets available, simply pick one up next time you're in the gym. It's a winner-take-all pot, and open to all members. Join in the fun, and who knows, you might walk away with a little extra cash at the end!

Back by popular demand, our sixth annual Thanksgiving Day Circuit Class! Starting at 9am come get your sweat on and burn some calories before the big feast 💪 Class is $15 and is open to members and non-members. We encourage you to bring friends and family that may be in town visiting! Please let Mal know if you plan on attending and how many so we can plan the class accordingly. New equipment alert!

Very excited to add the tank as another conditioning tool for all our members and clients. The swivel wheels make it easy to turn, and the hand brake allows resistance adjustments without having to take plates on and off. Will be a great addition!

Squat wedges will add a new level of difficulty to a variety of lower body movements. Can't wait to get creative with them!
