A parent is a child’s most important mental coach. The way you speak, correct, discuss, discipline, and encourage them will reside in their mind and to a great deal develop their inner dialogue for life. Be sure to speak wisely, to build accountability, and most importantly develop a sense of worth, capability, “I can” and effort with the values you want upheld and lived.

Correct the behavior, not the human, share lessons and guidance and if you ever have to say or think “how many times do I have to tell you?” Try changing the way the message is delivered.

The way you speak to them will become the way they speak to themselves. See you at the academy soon!!

Considering how many roads are flooded, washed out and closed due to the rain, I think it is in the best interest and safety for us to cancel classes tonight. Please let your friends and family know and we are sorry for closing but much happier seeing everyone back safely! Regular classes will resume on Friday.

Monday is the starting day of the week. It is not an “awful day”, Mondays don't suck, your attitude about the day does. Monday is the first day where most everyone is in the workplace, at their desk, in their office or at a place where you can access them for the next five days.
Make sure that you understand the way you approach Monday is what sets the tone for every single day that remains in the week. Be enthusiastic, get fired up, focus, start getting things done and contacting all the relevant people you need to get in touch with to make sure you can generate results.
When you approach Monday with a positive “can do” attitude you're going to get more results than you ever could if you thought Monday’s suck or approach the week with a less than enthusiastic approach.
Fix your attitude, change your perspective, this is the best day with the most abundant opportunities to start your entire week. Be grateful you are here and choose your mindset wisely. Mark Cukro
