To all players and families, both current and past, it is with a heavy heart that I write to you. These past few months have been extremely difficult for management and coaches. We have tried to work out our differences however our program will be ending at the end of this summer season.
All of us coaches, Bailey, Ski, Resavy, Cleary, Laurito, Stossel and Herr have put in countless hours helping these boys succeed both on and off the field and will continue to do so under a new name and leadership, without the help of Carl.
Coach Herr Laurito and Cleary are going to move forward as directors of the Central PA Capitals. They will be setting up a board of directors that will include Tom Herr, Brian Laurito, John Cleary, Erik Toth, Levi Bailey, Mike Cotton, and Jim S. Tryout information will be available later today. We would also like current PBN Members to confirm their transfer to our program by contacting a coach by phone, text, or email so we can have a headcount before tryouts.
I personally would like to take this time to thank all of the parents and players for allowing me this opportunity to be a positive role model for your kids, I would like to thank God for leading me down a path that led me to all these wonderful people, I would like to thank Frank Stossel for taking a chance on a 22 year old kid with no coaching experience and give me an opportunity to do what I love and help me find my passion for the game again, he went above and beyond what any volunteer would do for a program and we believe we are ready to move forward with our own management group and style from that direction.
All the coaches share the same sentiment as I do, we are very grateful to have been a part of this program, and we are sad to see it go, but on the same token excited to start building the Capitals from the ground up.

7/12 - Formation of Central PA Capitals
7/16 - Q&A session (location TBD)
8/1 - First tryout
8/8 - Second tryout
8/10 - Team Selection
8/13-8/31 - Team Practices
8/31-9/4 - Payment Due
Tournaments will begin the weekend of 9/8 running no later than 10/21
