PROTEIN.
There are many different ways you can get your daily protein in, the best way is gonna be whole, unprocessed foods (steak,fish,chicken,eggs). Other options are yogurts (preferably Greek or whole milk) nuts, some plant based things, and so many more. Also whey protein is another good option, especially if you’re in a time crunch or are not a big eater in the mornings or after a workout. That being said with protein supplements you wanna make sure you’re getting a good quality product, fewer ingredients and fillers the better!
HOW MUCH PER DAY?
30-50g per meal is a great to start.

0.5-1.2 grams per body weight especially if you’re wanting to build lean muscle mass.
