Dear friends,
We are heartbroken to share that, due to our financial challenges, operations of the Symons Family Fitness Center and its health and wellness programs will be discontinued effective immediately, with the exception of our P.U.N.C.H. (Parkinson's Wellness) program which will continue through April 30th, with hopes to find a new home for this impactful program.
We are saddened by the impact that this will have on the community that we serve - including our P.U.N.C.H. participants, senior fitness attendees, and our members, partners, and crucially, staff members, who have become part of our family through decades of fitness programming. We regret that circumstances did not permit us to provide more notice prior to closure.
Partial April membership dues will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Please contact us at [email protected] for any questions about refunds.
We understand our obligation to provide forthcoming communication and necessary updates to our community members, and deeply value your support and dedication to building and sustaining a strong and vibrant community. We hope to be able to share more updates on JCC programming and Jewish Federation operations in the near future.
