🥋 Deep Water BJJ Belt Promotions – Saturday, June 6th

This weekend, we'll recognize the hard work, dedication, and growth of our BJJ students at our Spring/Summer Belt Promotion Ceremony.

Promotion Day is one of the most meaningful traditions in our academy. It's an opportunity to celebrate progress, support teammates, and recognize the commitment required to continue moving forward on the journey.

We currently have several students who are leveling up, and we're excited to celebrate their accomplishments with the entire Deep Water family.

Following promotions, we'll gather for our Belt Promotion Cookout. This is a great opportunity for students, families, and friends to relax, connect, and celebrate together.

We're grateful for the community we've built and look forward to an incredible day on and off the mats.

Women’s Open Mat 💙🥋

We’re excited to host the next Women’s Jiu Jitsu Open Mat on May 17th from 12–2pm at Deep Water BJJ.

These open mats are all about bringing women together from different academies to train, roll, and support each other in a positive and welcoming environment. It’s a chance to get rounds in with new training partners, build confidence, and continue growing as a community.

This isn’t about competition or recruiting. It’s about showing up, learning, and helping each other get better.

All levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’ll have a place on the mats.

Come train with us. Let’s keep building something special 💪

We’re excited for the next Women’s Jiu Jitsu Open Mat tomorrow from 12–2pm, hosted at Zero Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

These open mats are all about bringing women from local academies together to train, roll, and support each other while continuing to grow the women’s BJJ community in our area. Training with different partners gives everyone more opportunities to improve and build confidence on the mats.

It doesn’t matter what gym you train at. This is about showing up, getting good rounds, and helping each other grow.
