As a Division I College Softball player I have had the opportunity and privilege to play and train with top athletes from all over the country. I have also been a personal trainer for over 10 years learning from other well respected trainers in the industry. These opportunities to experience many different training methods, has allowed me to develop a program that helps players become the best player they can be. I have been called to use my experience and knowledge to help the female athletes in Central Pa by motivating, educating, and guiding them through hard work, and understanding. This female only environment will allow them to focus and engage themselves more intensely without any outside distractions, giving them the opportunity to excel faster and grow individually as an athlete. It is proven that female athletes are 4-8 times more likely to have an injury throughout their high school career than boys! According to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), in any given year, approximately 2,200 collegiate female athletes are expected to rupture their ACL. The good news is that it is also proven that through proper training in core strength, flexibility, agility, quickness, and jumping techniques, that these risks can significantly be decreased. FIT: Females In Training is focused on teaching, encouraging, and mentoring young women to be the very best athlete they can be. We appreciate your enthusiasm and trust in our program...and in turn, we too are enthusiastic to do what it takes to bring out the best in your child for years to come...
