🏏 What a Power-Hitting Knock by Anil Neupane! 🏏
We delivered a complete team performance against Team Rockers, posting a competitive 117/8 in 20 overs.
Coming in during the middle overs, Anil played a match-winning innings of 45 runs off 35 balls, showcasing powerful stroke play and excellent composure under pressure. His brilliant knock earned him the Man of the Match award. Valuable contributions from Suk Thingh, Subodh Wagle, Udaya Acharya, and Tara Mishra provided the support needed to build a defendable total.
With the ball, our bowlers stayed disciplined and executed the plans perfectly. Deependra Dangal, Realtor led the attack with an outstanding 3 wickets for 23 runs in 3 overs, while Basu Dhungana, Subodh, Bhagat Bhandari, and Anil Neupane picked up crucial wickets to maintain pressure throughout the innings.
A special mention goes to Tara Adhikari, who produced one of the finest bowling spells of the match. Although he didn’t take a wicket, his exceptional control and accuracy kept the batsmen under constant pressure, conceding only 13 runs in 4 overs at a remarkable economy rate of 3.25.
