Being a wife and mom to three amazing daughters is my greatest joy, but I’ve learned that taking care of myself matters too. Progress Fitness has helped me to become stronger both physically and mentally. I tell my kids, “it’s okay to do hard things! You will not die!” …which is the same thing I tell myself when I do burpees! 😘

Fitness has truly changed my life. I show up to feel stronger - physically and mentally - while challenging myself, relieving stress, and becoming a healthier version of me. But it’s more than just a workout; it’s a community, a second home filled with people who motivate and inspire me every day. One of the best parts is getting to share this journey with my daughter.
