A 17U pitcher, Colin, helped out with our 11U Bandits at practice last night! ⚾️

It’s awesome to see our older players giving back, mentoring the next generation, and continuing to grow the game.

A great player and an even better coach!

And a huge CONGRATS to Colin on committing to play baseball at Juniata College next year! 🎓⚾️

The physical skills are important, but so is learning how to control your mindset, trust your preparation, and believe in yourself when you step on the field.

The boys just keep getting better! 🔥

⚾️ Mavs Fall Development Series — Day 1

What a great day yesterday with beautiful weather and an even more beautiful field!

A big thank you to the guys at Earl Wenger Memorial Ballpark for getting the field ready for us.

We got plenty of station work and quality reps with our coaches:

🔥 Neil Weber, former MLB pitcher, worked with our pitchers on PFPs.

🔥 Trustin Riley, former Division II college outfielder, worked with our outfielders on proper technique, including how to properly dive for a ball.

🔥 Noah Gingrich, former East Stroudsburg University infielder, worked with our infielders on turning two up the middle.

🔥 Billy Felo, former professional pitcher, provided mental training focused on controlling the controllables and staying locked in on what you can control.

🔥 David Gebhard, former college outfielder, worked with our players on footwork and the proper technique for catching balls hit over their head.

And that’s just Day 1!

⚾️ Day 2 is later today, featuring live at-bats and even more high-level reps.

Let’s keep getting better! 💪

⚾️ 11U’s last tournament of the summer!

Went 1-1 on Saturday before getting rained out on Sunday. While we would’ve loved to get back on the field, the best part of the weekend was seeing the team chemistry continue to grow.

Great vibes with this group—and even the moms are vibing! 😂❤️

Playing for the Mavs is more than baseball. It’s a family experience. 🫶⚾️

Two brothers. Two different teams within our organization. One pitcher, one catcher—and they got to throw a bullpen together during our Fall Development Series.

There’s something pretty awesome about getting to share the game you love with your brother. ❤️

Our Mavericks Fall Development Series for 8U to 12U was a blast this weekend! ⚾️🔥

Saturday, we covered infield, outfield, and baserunning, getting plenty of quality reps in.

Sunday, the rain forced us inside, but we still got plenty of work in! Hitters got their swings, pitchers threw bullpens to catchers, and we finished with some fun fielding games. 💪

Thanks to everyone who came out and put in the work! Now it’s time to get ready for fall ball! 🍂⚾️

The 11U Mavs had the pleasure of having Coach Ramon Romero come out and coach at their last practice! ⚾️🔥

Coach Romero played seven seasons in the minor leagues with the Chicago White Sox organization, including two seasons at the Triple-A level

Having coaches with this level of experience around our players is an incredible opportunity for the boys to learn, compete, and see the game from a different perspective.

Thank you, Coach Romero, for coming out and supporting the 11U Mavs! We appreciate you! 👊⚾️

We love seeing the growth of our players and our teams—not just on the field, but in the way teammates support, encourage, and compete alongside each other. That’s what being a Maverick is all about. 💪

13U Brotherhood ⚾️❤️

We love seeing our players sharing smiles, making memories, and enjoying the game together.

Last weekend at Sports at the Beach was full of great baseball, great moments, and an even better brotherhood.

🏆 What a weekend! ⚾️

The Mavs 10U battled their way to a runner-up finish at the Future Stars Tournament in their final tournament of the summer!

The boys fought all weekend, going 3-1 and competing every step of the way. They gave it everything they had, but unfortunately ran out of gas in the championship game.

Still, a great weekend of baseball and a lot to be proud of. 💪

Great job, boys! Let’s keep working, keep improving, and keep getting better! 🔥⚾️
