Rams Fans, what started out as a dream a few weeks ago is now upon us.
On behalf of the entire CDBA Rams 11u All-Star Team - players, coaches and families, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. It was truly humbling and inspiring to see all of the support that our families, friends and community have shown. Without your help this team would not have been able to realize this once in a lifetime experience. Our gratitude toward you is forever.
Now, the dream has become reality... The last "home" practice is complete. The trailer full of gear is locked and ready to roll south (Thank you Corbitt Family!). The families are triple checking what they've packed to make sure they are prepared for the journey to Florida to participate in the Cal Ripken 11u World Series.
It's time.
Even though we made it, the work is far from over. Over the course of next week, the CDBA 11u Rams All-Stars will be playing teams from all over in hopes of winning the Ripken World Series.
