2026 has begun on a very high note for me.
During our first Winter ITC at Element Wing Tsun, Si-fu Alex Richter led a two-day seminar that left a deep impression on everyone who attended. We often tell our students how knowledgeable he is and how much they will learn from him—and to nobody’s surprise, all 20 students were completely blown away.
Friday, January 16th will always be a special day for me. It was the day I was promoted to Instructor (Sifu), and the same day Sifu Barry was certified on the Long Pole and promoted to 5th Level Practitioner. I still can’t quite believe it—it feels surreal even now.

So happy to meet my brother, Sifu Sven Lorenz, and his student, Sven, before their flight to Germany. Sifu Sven is a good person and has a beautiful Wing Tsun school. Too bad we didn't get to train together this visit, but still great to chat in person for a few moments. # elementwingtsun
