East TN Cutting Horse Association Cutting Horse Shows turn left onto Hwy 382. College is less than 1/2 mi. on right. (phone 865-882-4590).

Our Cutting Horse shows are held at the Henry/Stafford East Tennessee Agricultural Exposition Center, located at Roane State Community College Directions: I 40; take exit 347, go approx. 2 mi. Contact Melissa Alexander for stalls, rvs and to confirm fresh cattle classes. 704-450-6696

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS AND CONTRIBUTORS to our 2026 TEAM BRIDLELESS CUTTING...also THANK YOU to all of the Teams who signed up to support this event and met the deadline cut off for entry....We had 8 Teams and Rewards were great...it was a REAL CUTTING..1st place award. ETCHA 2026 HEADSTALL(Handmade by Joseph Denton Saddlery/KERRY KELLEY CORRECTION 2nd place award - NETTLES STIRRUPS(Cross J Tack)..Both teams received a little ETCHA merch as well...

YES IT WAS VERY HOT, YES CATTLE WERE SUPER TOUGH..its NOT always easy BUT we made it through...THANK YOU all for coming and supporting ETCHA...Congratulations to all of our show earners and especially our YEAR END AWARD WINNERS..you all worked hard throughout the year...Hope you all enjoy them..THANK YOU to our ETCHA staff,Roane State College/Staff,Judges,Trainers, Turnback help who were in saddle some long days, our Cattle Handlers/Supplier.....We appreciate all you guys do....THANK YOU to those who signed up for the Team Bridleless Cutting.there TRIED to be a hiccup BUT it still went off without a hitch....It was fun to watch and everyone did an amazing job....Congratulations to TC and Benton Scheer on 1st place
Win..2nd place tie.Jamie Morrison and Conner Browning AND Chad and Melissa Alexander...I think Lisa Reid would've absolutely loved it and be amazed at how far our Bridleless Cuttings have progressed....I have such a GREATER understanding and GREATER respect for anyone or any affiliate who puts on these shows....The cutters that keep showing up because they LOVE the sport is what keeps us doing it time and time again...Until next time....HAPPY CUTTING.
