For everyone coming Monday night to the adult class.
DRESS CODE CHANGE FOR THE CLASS:
Absolutely NO gi or belts.
You can wear:
Shorts
Pants
T shirt
Long sleeve shirt

Also. Because it's not going to be a deliberate target for the night.
Have with you but don't wear, cup and mouth piece.

ALSO wear something that you would be ok, getting stretched, or even torn.
If you wear gym shorts. Make sure they have a draw string.
Class is going to be lots of no gear and street in regular clothes.

Hi, All,

Because Monday May 25th is a national holiday, we are cancelling the Monday Adult class.

We will resume our regular class schedule with Kids’ class on Tuesday May 26th and Combined class on Thursday May 28th.
