**SAUNA UPDATE**

Unfortunately, our saunas are temporarily out of service due to an installation error involving the fire suppression system. Summit Fire & Security installed incorrect sprinkler heads in the sauna areas, and yesterday morning one of those heads activated.

Thankfully, **no one was present and no one was injured.**

Our team immediately began working to minimize and mitigate any resulting damage, and we are currently working with Summit Fire & Security to have the proper sprinkler heads installed and the system corrected as quickly as possible.

We are hopeful they will be able to correct the issue today so we can get our saunas back online soon.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience while we work with our contractors to get the installation corrected, address any damage, and make sure everything is operating properly and safely before reopening the saunas.

⚠️ **INTERNET & SYSTEM OUTAGE**

Cox Communications is currently experiencing an **area-wide outage**, which has taken our internet and connected systems offline.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with Cox’s network and is outside of our control. Cox currently estimates service will be restored **around 2:30 PM today**.

Until internet service is restored, **all internet-dependent systems will remain down.**

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while Cox works to restore service. We’ll be back online as soon as they get the area outage resolved.
