Hey everyone! 👋🏻 I am in Hardinsburg, KY for the week and Vicki has given me the opportunity to lead for you on Thursday (3/30) @ 6 CST while I’m here. 😀 It’ll be at Restorations Church like normal. I just did two Zumba songs tonight to sort of get my knee familiar with certain movements again and I feel so good! 🥰 I can’t wait to get back to doing Zumba. I’m so tired though just with those two. 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ I did Heat and Que Sera. I’ll probably do one more tonight. What’s a song that you miss doing in class? Hopefully in the future I can record some songs for you guys and post them to YouTube!

I just got done talking with the doctor and he has confirmed an ACL tear as well as a slight meniscus tear in my MRI. 😞 I am having my ACL reconstruction surgery January 8th. Of course with recovery and all of that I will not be doing Zumba for at least a year, maybe more. 💔 I’m pretty heartbroken by it, but hopefully I’ll see you guys around at Vicki’s classes and such. I love all of you like crazy and can’t wait to move forward with the healing process to hopefully Zumba along with you again down the road. If any of you would like a refund on your punch cards just let me know and I will meet with you to get you taken care of. 👍🏻 Thank you all for your love and patience through this time.

Alright ladies, the verdict is in. He’s pretty sure I tore my ACL. 😭 I have an MRI scheduled for next Monday to confirm and the follow up the Monday after that to get the results of the MRI and talk about the next step. If the diagnosis stands, I’ll need to have surgery to repair it. No Zumba until all is said and done. 🥺💔 This sucks! Please pray for me. I’m so much better though than what I should be so that’s such a blessing.

Hey ladies. ❤️ **IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CLASSES** I was able to get an appointment with an Orthopedic doctor for December 7th at the earliest so still no Zumba for me at least until then. 😢 Good news though, Vicki will be home this week from Wednesday afternoon on so she will be doing classes for me WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY!! 🙌🏻💃🏻 Wednesday's class will start at 6:00 giving her time to get home and Friday's will start at 5:45. Both CST. So excited y’all get to Zumba some this week! I hope all of you have a great Thanksgiving and stay safe. 🦃🍂 Love you all a bunch, 😘
