Spartans Thunder and Lightning Boxing Gym wil be reopening on Monday May 18th. There wil be some rules put in place by USA BOXING to help you workout in a safe environment. First of all we are only allowed 8 people to be working out in the gym plus two coaches so we will be offering two different workout times, with 8 students at a time in each class. The rules are as following;
1. If you are ill or not feeling well please stay home
(examples: sore or itchy throat, fatigue or body aches, fever or coughing)
2. Mask/Face coverings are required
3. You will be required to sign in everyday you attend
4. Bring your own equipment (hand wraps, gloves, towel and hand sanitizer)
5. CDC rules of social distancing are strictly to be followed
6. There will be no sparring or mitt work until further notice
The are some other minor changes that will take affect but remember this is all for creating a safe workout environment at the gym. Also please let me know the time you wish to workout Atlanta , all spots available are first come first service bases.
