Good Monday afternoon to you beautiful strong women of Faith I wanted to come here and reach out to you all and tell you guys that this Saturday we are starting again strong!! I be be at Mckelvey Park at 7 AM waiting for you all to show up ready for this new year! I have some other things planned as well for later down the road this year to bring us together strong in our faith and in our running journey!! This Saturday we’re going to start off strong with our intervals of running and walking BUT with a twist that I will tell

Good Morning my beautiful friends!!
I’m so sorry ladies I have had a crazy week and took a break from my phone and all things that went with it. I will be ready and there NEXT Saturday morning no ifs ands or buts. I am truly sorry about the inconvenience and inconsistency thank you for being so understanding
