Your hard work, dedication, early mornings, late nights, and strength both on and off the platform have made South Hawk Powerlifting proud. Thank you for representing our team with heart, discipline, and determination.

Hitting the platform and making the podium! Our Harlingen South Hawks competed on the biggest stage in Texas at the THSPA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS in Abilene, Tx today! A huge congratulations go to
•David Torres 🏅5th place, with a total of 1370 in the 148WC
•Alex Martinez🏅 4th place, with a total of 1575 in the 198 WC and
•Caleb Treviño 🥈2nd place, with a total of 1915 in the SHW WC, and now holds the new school record total with 1915 lbs and broke the school record on bench press!
Thank you to our AMAZING coaches, Marco Garcia, Mando Gonzalez, and to our managers Marcus Garza and Christian Chino for all your assistance and guidance!
