**NFA Update**
We know that our entire customer base is excited to get, 4473 items. We want to exercise that relief also. We also understand, that there are certain steps needed, that have not received guidance on how to proceed.
After many conversations, reading the injunction, and research on how to make this is done correctly Until, the ATF/DOJ provides guidance on how to proceed, we will either be holding cans, or processing on form 4s.
We will not Jeopardize the FFL/Shop, due to a clerical error, in this developing situation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

NFA confusion.

Not everyone or every item is covered by the injunction.
Suppressors from Silencer Shop, are good to go on 4473.
PSA SilencerCo, B&T. Their customers for covered products.

**GOA members are also covered. Dealer will make a copy of current/active membership card. **

SBRs and SBSs are suppose to be covered. However, there is a transmission of information that is part of the form 4 process. That can’t be done on a 4473. So until the ATF adds that portion to the form,…
As far as now the form 4 is only way to process sbr and sbs.

Again the injunction is not a universal coverage.
