It's a lot easier to focus on your workout when you're not being slow-cooked by the Texas sun.

Summer workouts can be great. Heat exhaustion? Not so much.
Pay attention if you experience:
⚠️ Dizziness
⚠️ Headache
⚠️ Excessive fatigue
⚠️ Nausea
⚠️ Confusion
⚠️ Muscle cramps

If these happen:
➡️ Stop exercising
➡️ Move to a cool area
➡️ Hydrate
➡️ Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen
