New workout classes now being offered at Kingdom Jiu Jitsu!
Coach Nick Wood brings over 10 years of experience working with people of all fitness levels, with a background in Exercise Science, physical therapy, personal training, group fitness classes, and program design.
These HIIT-style classes focus on calisthenics, kettlebells, and functional movement to help improve strength, conditioning, mobility, confidence, and injury prevention.
Whether you’re training for a sport or just looking to feel healthier and stronger day to day, there’s a place for you here.
Class Times:
• Wednesday — 5:00 PM
• Friday — 6:00 AM
First class is FREE.
Don’t see a time that works for you? Grab two friends and a custom class can be created for your group.
