‼️THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE‼️

We strive to have a clean welcoming environment here at BCF….one big part of that is up to you as our members to put things back where they belong! Weight plates should be re racked once they have been used. Machines should be left empty for the next person to load up themselves. Members should NOT have to unrack weight plates before they are able to use a piece of equipment.

Be courteous and make sure you are re racking your weights as well as putting things back where they belong when you are done using them!

Hopefully this can be taken care of moving forward without us having to address members individually….if this does continue to be a problem members doing this will be addressed individually and charged for us cleaning up after them….

‼️ Just a reminder YOU WILL BE CHARGED‼️
We have a zero tolerance on this issue. EVERY person must scan their own keycard upon entry! Doesn’t matter if you know the person, you’re on the same plan, etc… if you do not scan your keycard you will be charged!!
If you forgot your keycard at home or on another keychain….unfortunately you will not have access unless it’s during staff hours and one of our staff lets you in and checks you in at the desk!

Sorry for the inconvenience but it’s to keep everyone safe and make sure only paying members are granted access!!

This is our policy and clearly visible and noted!!

We now have sauces and rice cereal in stock and available!!

We all know a big part of achieving your gym goals is what you eat! So we now have low calorie sauces to add flavor to that food that actually tastes good available here at BCF!!

Along with the sauces we have rice cereal in MANY delicious flavors! This is a great carbohydrate source that will also help with that sweet tooth and keep you on track!!
