Did you see our new events? Bethanie will be offering online yoga classes via Zoom every Tuesday at 12:30 PM. This means you have the ability to practice yoga wherever your setting may be! Our intention is these classes will be recorded, so if you miss the online class it is available for you to complete at a more convenient time. Please message us with any questions. Namaste Yogis :)

Hello, I wanted to let you all know that unfortunately I have to cancel my Thursday night classes at 5:15 PM. Please post in the comments below an alternative time that you would like. My availability to teach are Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.

I apologize for this inconvenience and will create the new event calendar when we determine a new class time. Be sure to still check out Jess’s classes in the meantime!
