I keep reading this, but keep gripping my paddle like my life depends on it.....

Your grip pressure should feel like you're holding a potato chip — not crushing it. Soft hands at the kitchen line = softer d***s = way more control. The player death-gripping their paddle loses more battles than they win.

🎾 Pickleball tip: Loosen your grip. If you're strangling your paddle at the kitchen line you're working against yourself. Soft hands = soft d***s = more control. Your paddle is not a weapon. Your HANDS are.
