Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a fighting art similar to wrestling and judo that involves both standing elements and ground work. This sport is a great way to learn discipline, gain a sense of self-worth, increase your fitness (you don't need to be athletic to start!), and build respect, humility, and confidence. Black Belt instructor Zachary Cope is a decorated competitor and offers a safe, yet constructively challenging environment for students of all backgrounds to learn this sport.

STARTING MONDAY 9/8/25, classes will be Mondays and Thursday from 6-7:30 PM throughout the winter!
