Hello everyone! This is Dr. Ash. I just wanted to extend a huge thank you.

Thank you to all of the members who have stepped up in small ways, large ways, any way that you can over the past six months. I was initially going to make a video, but I can’t get the words out without breaking down.

I am so thankful for how many of you care enough about me and South Bay Strength Company to see that I am in need of extra assistance. I am so independent and capable that it is truly difficult for me to ask for help in any way.

Many of you, without my asking, have picked up more than your share of trash, cleaned messy s**t at the gym, and taken on responsibilities that you did not sign up for.

My heart feels warm and my mind is at ease for not having to pick up all of this extra slack myself.

Without rambling, I just want to state how immensely grateful I am to have a community such as this supporting me throughout the most difficult time of my life. Thank you, all of you!

And for you f***s that have not helped, or the little piece of s**t kids, who keep trying to sneak into the gym…you know where you stand

Attention: posts like this are the thing I like doing the least as a gym owner. I would like to address the cleanliness of the gym. I am talking to everyone: members, trainers, cardio bunnies, week passes, day passes, visitors. When you were at South Bay Strength Company, please treat this place as if it was your own and clean up after yourself. I have had to enlist and pay numerous people to help clean up around the gym daily as it has been unmanageable lately. I am also recovering some surgery, so I cannot be there to clean up as much as I would like to and it’s pretty disrespectful the way that the gym has been left lately. Please take five minutes before or after your work out. Take a look around and pitch in just a little bit so that the gym is not a mess for everyone else. And if it’s not your own mess, please pitch in and help clean up. I appreciate you guys helping out while I am in a time of need. Thank you, Ashley (Mamma B)
Also…..don’t comment on this thread blaming one person or group for the mess, it is everyone. I have access to the cameras, 24/7.
