Elmwood Sharks Swim Team We are a year round competitive swim team. We offer coaching & technique instruction for all ages and abilities. We have a place for everyone.

If you would like information on our team, please email [email protected] Elmwood Sharks Swim Team at Ochsner Fitness Center has many different training groups. This allows us to get every swimmer in an appropriate group. Swim Team tryouts are held weekly. All prospective and hopefully new swimmers should email Head Coach Thomas Schmall at [email protected] or Aquatics Supervisor Sarah Carr at [email protected] for information and try out times. Please allow 36 hours for a response to your email. Group practice times range from 4pm-6:30 pm Monday -Friday.
