Valhalla Performance is a training facility founded on the principle of helping athletes move as efficiently as possible. In Norse Mythology, Valhalla is the "hall of the fallen" where the Norse god Odin allows entrance to the dead warriors he deems worthy. Once in Valhalla, these dead warriors train, fight, and prepare for an apocalyptic battle. Needless to say, Valhalla was not for the faint of heart and Valhalla Performance is not either.
