Calling all track and field alumni to come join us tomorrow after practice at Jefferson Indoor Sports at noon. We will be serving Happy Italian Pizzeria come by and watch or play speed ball, enjoy a slice or two and see the future put in their work to carry on our championship tradition!

Introduction to anaerobic work today. It went great. 8x400 @ 1500 pace. 2:30 rest. Kids were flying and felt great thanks to that aerobic base.
