I’ll never forget this.
I was working at 24 Hour Fitness when another trainer’s client started talking about how much stronger they felt. Then they asked the question every trainer should be able to answer:
“How much was I lifting when I first started?”
The trainer shrugged.
“I don’t know.”
That moment stuck with me.
Every single workout I’ve done with a client since I opened in 2019 is written down. Paper. Pen. Yes — I like killing trees. I’m old school.
Current client. Returning client. Doesn’t matter.
