KP-R500F is compatible with KP-R500F-BDG that easily mounts onto the boat's exiting foot plate with only two screws.

- Newly developed flexible sole for a conventional rowing style with sized specific performance

"This past fall we had a 4+ at the HOCR with old beat up shoes and wanted to provide the team the same experience they had in the 8. The guys liked rowing the King 4+, but the shoes didn’t fit, ripped or the velcro was worn-out; just an overall disappointment. I had the guys put the boat in slings and began removing the shoes knowing I had to do something.
