Starting Monday all kids classes are jackets off till Labor Day. Kids can wear pants and any tight fitting shirt.

Our curriculum will focus on different grips, control, & submissions that don’t utilize lapels or grabbing the GI!

Was pretty cool to have NBC Boston feature one of our jiu-jitsu girls this morning!
