I always tell my students to respect the jiu-jitsu. It doesn’t care if you’re bigger, stronger, faster, more experienced it won’t respect anything but itself.

If you don’t respect the fire, it will burn you.

Although it looks like fun, the idea of using our legs and movement to keep from having our guard passed is important.

The focus is on touching the yellow ball, but that is a trick to learn how to get by legs.

Of course when coach has twenty-five years plus experience, it's hard even two on one. 😂
