1st Night of September Rank Days. It was a hard month for our kids and stripes or belts were hard earned.

Amazing to see the progress from everyone and continued commitment to jiu-jitsu.

It’s always our favorite classes of the month for kids to celebrate another month of hard work on the mats!

I always tell my students to respect the jiu-jitsu. It doesn’t care if you’re bigger, stronger, faster, more experienced it won’t respect anything but itself.

If you don’t respect the fire, it will burn you.

Although it looks like fun, the idea of using our legs and movement to keep from having our guard passed is important.

The focus is on touching the yellow ball, but that is a trick to learn how to get by legs.

Of course when coach has twenty-five years plus experience, it's hard even two on one. 😂
