Join us for an open-to-all Pitching Clinic featuring Coach Sophia Peterson—a Rita Lynn instructor and collegiate pitcher at Sweet Briar College.
Coach Sophia will focus on helping athletes develop efficient pitching mechanics, improve command, increase velocity, and build confidence in the circle.
The evening will be followed by an Arm Care Clinic led by Coach Jacob Smith, whose degree is in Exercise, Sport, Health, and Education.
This unique combination gives athletes the opportunity to not only learn how to pitch with greater efficiency and confidence, but also how to protect the arm that makes it all possible. We’ll cover proper warm-ups, stretching, strengthening, recovery techniques, injury prevention, and long-term arm health to help pitchers continue performing at a high level for years to come.
🥎 Bring a Catcher… FREE!
Every registered pitcher is encouraged to bring a catcher completely free of charge. Parents are welcome to catch, or players may bring a teammate or team catcher.
Even better, all age-appropriate catchers will participate in the Arm Care Clinic at no cost.
