Memorial Day weekend is almost here—and the Francis Skipper Memorial is back with a fresh twist.

This year, we’re changing things up with a 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁—a true partner test that brings strategy, teamwork, and a little extra fun to every hole.

Here’s how it works: both players tee off, then switch balls for the second shot. From there, you’ll continue alternating shots with each other’s ball until both are holed—and your team records the lower score on each hole.

Same great event. A whole new way to play together.

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀
This year, we’re teaming up with the pros at to offer Junior Group Lessons. Participants will enjoy tons of fun as they learn golf etiquette and key fundamentals of the game.

Registration is currently open for ages 9 to 17, and all skill levels are invited to participate. Lessons at South Hills will be held on the last Saturday of the month all summer. You can call the team at Joe’s to register: 717-935-8255 or send us a message to ask any questions and learn more.
