We’re launching our 10-Week Athlete Performance Program at Lifted South Shore starting June 16th.
Built for middle school and high school athletes who want to:
✔️ build real strength
✔️ improve speed + explosiveness
✔️ gain confidence heading into their season
✔️ reduce injury risk
✔️ train with structure and purpose
Each session is coached by Pat or Alece and programmed intentionally combining speed work, plyometrics, strength training, mobility, and conditioning in a small group environment.
But the biggest benefit?
Walking into tryouts, practices, and games feeling prepared instead of hoping you did enough.
