Who: Girls in grades 7-12 and their moms
Where: HS Wrestling Room (come in the gym doors across from the football field)

Interested in joining the wrestling team? Boys and girls of all experience levels are welcome!

Open mats begin September 15th and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 5:00 pm in the HS Wrestling Room.

The South Western Wrestling family joins the District III wrestling community in mourning the loss of Brad Strubel.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, as well as all the lives he touched throughout the wrestling community. We remember his kindness and how he always had a smile on his face.

Rest in peace, Brad, and thank you for all you did.

Just reminiscing on our time in Lock Haven last week. We spent the week sharpening our skills, building a stronger mindset, and making memories with our teammates and wrestlers from across the area. We can’t wait to put everything we learned to work this season.

Don’t forget—open mats are still happening every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00–7:30 PM at the high school. Open to wrestlers of all experience levels. Come get better with us!
