HC Golf had not one, but THREE holes-in-one this fall! Senior Bing Wilson on hole 15 at Forest Hills CC at Earlham Invite. Junior Alex Wright at Wooded View GC. Senior Taylor Caldwell on hole 9 at Springfield CC at the Wittenberg Fall Classic.

Hanover Athletics held our annual Espy’s Awards to honor our athletes. We’ll be posting our athletes in the next few posts. First up, our HCWG Player of the Year, Mallory Mortl! These are her 23-24 accomplishments:
Tied the 18 hole scoring record (72)
Broke the 36 hole scoring record (146)
Broke the 54 hole scoring record (227)
2 All-Tournament team finishes
2024 All-Conference
Team-low scoring average of 83.6

The Panthers finished the 23-24 season today with a 5th place in the HCAC Championship. They were led by sophomore Mallory Mortl with a weekend total of 238. Mortl’s 8th place finish also earned her All-Conference honors. Sophomore Hailey Hansen finished T15 with a total of 243, junior Taylor Caldwell finished T20 with a total of 251, sophomore Kambrie Cooper finished 25th with a total of 257, and rounding out the Panthers is freshman Madelyn Arrenholz with a total of 274 for a 29th place finish. Now we look toward the 24-25 season!
