Out with the old and in with the new! Introducing the newest pieces of equipment to the lineup, the Concept 2 RowERG and a self propelled curved treadmill. Both are commercial grade machines built to last and are extremely smooth to operate. Come on in and give them a try yourself!

Better You Fitness is proud of this group for trying the first ever Murph challenge! They ran a mile, did 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 body weight squats, and finished with another mile, both teams completed the challenge in under an hour! 😳🤯
If you see them out and about today, give them some praise, and some pain relief meds!
