As we reflect back on the 2026 Hannibal Cannibal, we can't help but feel grateful. For many, the Hannibal Cannibal is an annual family tradition. For others, it's a chance to push themselves and compete. But for Hannibal Regional Foundation, it's an opportunity to raise funds that will make a lasting difference for patients and families throughout our region.
Thanks to the nearly 1,900 participants and the incredible generosity of our community, we are happy to share that this year's Hannibal Cannibal raised over $80,000 for Hannibal Regional's Legacy of Hope Campaign! Your support is more than just a dollar amount—it represents hope for patients and families facing one of life's most difficult journeys. These funds will help with the purchase of a new linear accelerator and renovations at the Cary Cancer Center in Hannibal, as well as assist with the construction of a new cancer center in Kirksville to bring advanced radiation oncology services closer to home. Together we are helping ensure that more patients can receive lifesaving cancer care near the people and places they love most.
We want to take a moment to thank YOU for making this year's Cannibal such an amazing event!
