I cannot express how PROUD of this woman I am! When she signed up for this 6 week challenge, she meant business. She is focused, she is determined, and even when sick and/or injured, she has barely missed a day. She’s not afraid to ask for help, and genuinely listens and takes note of all the things she can be doing to make the most of these 6 weeks. I have no doubt she will make huge progress over time. I can’t wait to see the end result! ❤️

Our gym has more fun than your gym! 🤪😂

I absolutely love that our members go all out for dress up days! We had an 80’s Party yesterday and you ladies did NOT disappoint!
