HOT weather training DO's and DON'Ts...
Do early in the day.....yes sleepy head
Do drink water throughout the day.....yes plain old water
Do eat MORE water foods....sorry not alcohol...even if on your food pyramid....please post a copy of it with a circle around alcohol
Do change your tempo of workout....when triple digits break then you can up the tempo
Do use fans or other means to move air.....contrary to bad advice sweating does not obliterate fat....fat and sweat are TWO DIFFERENT body systems..bad trainers still make these synonymous
Ease into rehydration drinks....but if you are training under an hour the need for SPORTS drinks is really not needed unless you owe Gatorade money
Caffeine is ok ....but HEED this WARNING>>>> when your body is overheated your heart rate goes up.....so involving caffeine or extreme pre-workouts can jack your heart rate even more DANGEROUSLY...sauna suits, heavy sweats, etc might rep Rocky memories but reduces performance...maybe SOME acclimatization is needed for certain sports or upcoming event....but for FAT loss....sorry Charlie that is dead 80s crap

mild heat illness sx>>> headaches, dizzy, lightheaded, nausea, agitated, lack of focus to extreme heart palpitations, fainting, disorientation, death
DON't run hottest times of day....if you do leave fido home they know better....their loyalty shouldn't make them suffer owners poor decisions
DON't wear SWEAT gear for FAT loss
DON't over tax system with crack or doubling dosage of preworkout or cutting agents.....that is an image issue or addiction
DON't up your tempo during triples.....you had the first 5 months of this year ....for that matter previous opportunities to up tempo
A good trainer will modulate and watch for HEAT-related symptoms .....a TRAINER YOU SHOULD FIRE is one that lets the class handle it or still pushes clients...forgive them for they know NOT what they do...but don't excuse it that is how people get HURT.....
