‼️‼️UPDATE: I heard back from Fitness GM, the payment system company. They have processed refunds for everyone. You should see those in your account within a day or two, if you do not, please let us know! Single memberships should get a $52 refund and family memberships should get a $26 refund.‼️‼️
So very sorry again for the inconvenience and confusion!!

‼️🚨We have an annual $25 per member facility maintenance fee that is due/taken out every year on June 1st. We always place a reminder on here and in the gym for this. We did not do that yet this year because we were having issues getting it set up in the new payment system. We have been working with their tech team and apparently yesterday/last night/this morning or sometime recently they got something to work, but they incorrectly charged everyone $78. We are in the process of getting this taken care and everyone will be refunded the appropriate amount. We are very sorry as we know that especially now budgeting can be difficult. We appreciate your patience. 🚨‼️

STARTING JULY 1, 2025, WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING CASH PAY AS A PAYMENT OPTION FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS. THE ONLY OPTIONS WILL BE TO PAY SEMI-ANNUALLY/ANNUALLY OR TO SET UP AUTO PAY.

SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE TO MEMBERS WHO USE THIS OPTION APPROPRIATELY, BUT WE CAN NO LONGER ALLOW OTHERS TO PAY JUST WHEN THEY FEEL NECESSARY. IT IS NOT ONLY NON-CONDUCIVE TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR SMALL BUSINESS, BUT EXTREMELY UNFAIR TO MEMBERS WHO PAY AS THEY SHOULD.

IF YOU ARE A CASH PAY MEMBER, PLEASE CONTACT JOLENE @ 717-552-6680 TO WORK OUT AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
