Join Natasha + Ryan for this immersive experience, designed to reconnect you to your body through intentional movement, conscious breath, and nervous system regulation. We begin with fluid mobility-based movement to awaken the fascia, release stored tension, and create more space in the body, then transition into guided breathwork to deepen awareness, regulate the nervous system, and access a more grounded state within.
This class is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself, leaving you feeling more open, clear, and fully embodied from the inside out. No experience is necessary, only a willingness to breathe and move. Spots are limited!
