Langley Run Club Update!
We’re excited to announce our new meeting location:

Join us this Sunday as we kick off our 2nd 5k run at this beautiful trail spot.
Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or trying it out for the first time, here are a few quick tips to help you get the most out of your run:
Trail Running Tips:
• Watch your footing – roots, rocks, and uneven terrain keep things fun but challenging.
• Shorten your stride for better balance and control.
• Stay alert – trails can twist and turn quickly.
• Wear appropriate shoes for grip and stability.
• Hydrate well – trail loops can feel longer than road miles!
